- KAP pays 50% of the premium for employee, spouse and children
- Eligible the first of the month after 30 days of employment
Dental and Vision Insurance
- KAP pays 50% of the premium for employee, spouse and children
Life Insurance
- KAP provides $50,000 of coverage for each employee
- Supplemental life insurance can be purchased
- Up to $500,000 for employee
- Up to $500,000 for spouse
- Up to $10,000 for children
Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance
- KAP provides $50,000 of coverage for each employee
- Supplemental AD&D insurance can be purchased
- Up to $500,000 for employee
- Up to $500,000 for spouse
- Up to $10,000 for children
Short Term Disability
- May be purchased by employee
Long Term Disability
- KAP pays 100% of the premium
