• KAP pays 50% of the premium for employee, spouse and children

• KAP pays 50% of the premium for employee, spouse and children

Life Insurance

• KAP provides $50,000 of coverage for each employee
• Supplemental life insurance can be purchased
  • Up to $500,000 for employee
  • Up to $500,000 for spouse
  • Up to $10,000 for children

Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance

• KAP provides $50,000 of coverage for each employee
• Supplemental AD&D insurance can be purchased
• Up to $500,000 for employee
• Up to $500,000 for spouse

Short Term Disability

• KAP pays 100% of the premium
