Contractor Construction Manager that is highly motivated to help create value within the Construction Services Team. This position will be responsible for small, mid, and large capital projects that will work within a Team Base Environment. In this role the CM will support the advancement of projects by providing the leadership that ensures excellence in safety, quality, and environmental. You will provide constructability input that leads to competitive execution, and lead field execution by seeking, developing, and utilizing strategies and methods that will create the greatest value.

Day in the Life
•              Manage multiple projects using an approach that ensures a safe and competitive performance expected by stakeholders
•              Lead an execution team consisting of contractors, engineers, and direct craft support to ensure all aspects of construction are considered
•              Communicate project status to various stakeholders within the organization.
•              Utilize the comparative advantages of the construction team to recognize the biggest opportunities for value creation and innovation in the current work process
Requirements
•              Capability to manage construction activities
•              Knowledgeable in construction methodologies
•              Capability to develop written construction execution plans
•              Previous experience planning execution, managing construction budgets and schedules
•              Computer Knowledge (specifically the ability to use Microsoft 365 Programs
•              Experience in all phases of project development and execution.
