Long Term I&E Planner for Pennsylvania

Must have previous experience planning TA and Maintenance I&E Packages in SAP

Per Diem will be paid for candidates who qualify

The Planners coordinate scope development, estimate (man-hours), plan, and schedule the scope. In addition, they provide ongoing assistance to ensure the project stays on schedule.

• Coordinate gathering and development of the T/A scope from all departments, including but not limited to Operations, Inspection, Maintenance, and Engineering.
• Assist in the review of scope collected to evaluate the justification for work scope in the T/A.
• Develop craft and sub–contract man-hours.
• Field reviews each scope of work and develops job steps (activities), craft breakdown, and man-hours required.
• Assist in the development of the material list, specifying quantity, size, and material codes for all material required for the approved scope.
• Work closely with the Material Coordinator to ensure the purchase and delivery of these materials to meet the T/A schedule. Obtain engineering involvement where required.
• Assist construction personnel in the development of mobile equipment, and other specialized tooling required for approved scope.
• Know and understand environmental requirements pertaining to the composition and estimated quantity of materials to be removed and cleaned from equipment.
• Review scopes with the Safety Coordinator to understand safety requirements.

Physical requirements;

• Must be able to walk down jobs in the field ( IE., climb Towers, Utilize Scaffold, Lift equipment, etc.)
• Must be able to climb Stairs, Bend around pipe racks, Inspect  Blinding areas, etc. in the field ( IE., climb Towers, Utilize Scaffold, Lift equipment, etc.)
• Must be able to scope out work orders (IE. Find equipment in field) and read and understand P&ID, Sketches and drawings
